Our cream ale won a bronze medal at National Homebrewer's Regional Competition in 2024 Cream Ale – 5.8% abv

It’s a hot dog at Wrigley for a 1:20 game. It’s that first swim in the Lake. It’s sitting on a back porch all night talking with strangers, soon to become close friends. The cream ale, summer incarnate, looks, tastes, and feels like those few short Chicago months, where magic is truly in the air. Lightly dry hopped with Simcoe Hops this Cream Ale can truly be enjoyed anywhere, but you get the idea.

Amber Ale – 6.2% abv

Our Amber Ale is a rich, inviting brew that wraps you in its warm and biscuity malt profile. A blend of caramel malts adds layers of sweetness and depth, while the carefully balanced hop profile lends subtle hints of earth, wood, and a touch of floral brightness. The result is a smooth, well-rounded ale that perfectly captures the taste of an autumn evening.

We looked to the west, and backwards in time, for inspiration on this classic American Pale Ale. Mosaic, Amarillo, Simcoe, and Citra blend together with a golden malt body to paint the stark silhouette of a lone range rider pitted against a desert sky at sunset. With hints of citrus, tropical fruit, and a touch of pine this pale ale is as timeless as the American West. Giddyup, cowpoke.

Our Munich Style Dunkel Beer brewed with Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops offers a rich, malty flavor with hints of caramel and chocolate, complemented by a subtle earthy and spicy hop character for a balanced and satisfying taste experience.

Festbier – 5.8% abv

Our Festbier is a celebration in a glass, a classic German lager that embodies the spirit of Oktoberfest. With a rich, malty backbone, it strikes a perfect balance between strength and drinkability. Crafted from three classic german malts, it offers layers of flavor—light and crisp yet robust with caramelly warmth. An effortless pour, it's the kind of beer that invites you to linger a little longer, savoring each sip as the festival of flavors unfolds.

Irish Stout – 5.5% abv

This stout is bold yet smooth, with deep roasty malt, rich coffee, and a touch of dark chocolate. At 5.5% ABV, it leans a little stronger than tradition, perfect for raising a glass on St. Patrick’s Day or any time you’re in the mood for a satisfying pint. A creamy mouthfeel and dry finish make each sip as smooth as it is flavorful.

This beer strikes a perfect balance between coastal IPA styles, blending the bright, fruit-forward notes of an East Coast IPA with the bold, resiny pine of the West. Amarillo, Mosaic, and Crystal hops are perfectly balanced by a biscuity malt backbone while a touch of caramel sweetness adds depth and a rich orange hue. Bold yet balanced, it’s a brew that reflects the Midwest’s knack for bringing the best of both worlds together.

Oktoberfest – 5.6% abv

Our Oktoberfest is a tribute to tradition, a Märzen-style brew with an amber glow that captures the warmth of summer’s end and fall’s beginning. Its rich, toasty, and bready malt profile invites you into a world of comfort with every sip. Smooth and easy to drink, it balances depth and simplicity, offering a taste that lingers like a fond memory of celebration. Whether enjoyed in the company of friends or in a quiet moment of reflection, this beer is a true toast to the season—a harmonious blend of Munich’s timeless heritage and the vibrant spirit of Chicago.

Semi-Sweet Hard Cider – 4.1% abv

This semi-sweet hard cider is a refreshing escape, perfect for easy enjoyment after a long day at work or as an all day sipper on the weekend. Crisp and perfectly balanced, it delivers a gentle sweetness that complements its smooth, clean finish. Effortless and inviting, it’s the kind of drink that pairs perfectly with life’s simpler moments.

Stout – 5.5% abv

Our stout is a rich, roasty brew with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. At 6% ABV, it strikes the perfect balance between strength and drinkability. Its clean, dry finish leaves a lasting impression, making it a satisfying choice for moments that call for depth and flavor without heaviness.

American Wheat Beer – 5.1% abv

Take yourself back to that first trip to Chicago, while you hunted for apartments in the dead of winter, and your first sip of a mysterious liquid at the corner bar. Can you taste it? Now flip that, reverse it, and you’ve got PSB’s American Wheat Ale. Infused with both sweet orange peel and coriander, crafted to deliver a citrusy kick, we brewed this ale as a kind of backwards homage to our liquor shelf staple. We’re not telling you to have this beer with a Malört sidecar, but it probably wouldn’t hurt either.

Vienna Lager – 5.4% abv

Our Vienna Lager is both smooth and well-balanced, showcasing a rich malt character with toasty, caramel notes. At 5.4% ABV, it’s full of flavor yet effortlessly drinkable. A crisp finish keeps it refreshing, making it the perfect go-to for any occasion.
